What are the payment options?
We accept payments via GCash & BPI bank deposit.
We also accept several other payment options (Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Bank Transfer, ShopeePay, etc) via our Shopee platform. We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
Do you have a physical store?
We would love to but currently, we only transact via our online platforms. Hopefully, in the future!
Our HQ in White Plains, Quezon City is open for appointments. Make sure to select "pick up" as your shipping option when you check out so we can easily hand your order over when you drop by.
On the plus side, selected #EcolutionPH products are also available through our partner establishments around the Philippines, you can check them out here.
Do you ship nationwide? And what are your shipping options and rates?
Yes, we do ship nationwide!

Standard Shipping
- Metro Manila (P100): estimated delivery is within 1-3 days
- Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite & Laguna (P120): estimated delivery is within 3-5 days
- Provincial (P200): estimated delivery is within 5-7 days -
Rush
- Same day pick up/ delivery
- Rush fee of P20 (excluding shipping fee)
- Orders must be placed & paid for by 10pm of that day
- We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up, along with the complete pick up details

Self Pick Up

When do you dispatch paid orders?
We dispatch all paid orders 2-3 days from the date of order. An exception to this, all paid orders under "rush" are dispatched on the same day of ordering.
Once you've made your payment, make sure to send us your proof of payment & Order ID via our Instagram & Facebook so we can confirm your order for ship out.
Aside from both of us managing everything at Ecolution ourselves, we also have our day job as architects at COBA Spaces. Thank you very much for your patience!
Do you accept rush orders?
We only accept rush orders for Metro Manila residents, placed & paid before 6pm of the same day. We have a "Rush" option with a rush fee of P20, excluding the shipping fee.
Do you offer waste-free packaging and shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer waste-free packaging.

Waste-Free Packaging:
we use post-consumer packaging such as scratch papers, magazines, brochures, paper bags, newspapers, carton boxes & reused bubble wraps (for fragile items)
- Standard & Shopee: required pouch by courier
- Rush: paper bag or reused courier pouch
Can we donate packaging materials?
We love receiving packaging materials! We only use post-consumer packaging for our brand so any additional materials are always welcome. We reuse a variety of scratch papers, magazines, brochures, paper bags, newspapers, carton boxes & bubble wraps (for fragile items) as our packaging. To inquire more about this, just message us here.
Do you offer wholesale & bulk orders?
Yes, we offer both! We have specific items available for wholesale which can be seen in our shop (product's description). We are also open for bulk order. Do take note that the lead time for bulk order would vary from 1-2 weeks, depending on the items and quantity of the order. To inquire more about this, just fill up this form.

Can I be a stockist of Ecolution's products?
Yes, we do accept stockists! But please, we do not allow rebranding our products. If you are interested, just fill up this form. We're always open for collaborations and partnerships!
