
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Before checking out, please make sure that you placed the correct product item/variant in your cart. Once you check out & paid, your order is considered final.

Returns, exchanges or refunds are only allowed if an item is clearly flawed or damaged before shipping. If the items are clearly damaged during transit, return, exchanges or refunds will not be accommodated.

Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 3 days upon the buyer's or his representative's receipt of the item. Beyond that, we can no longer offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging.

Item/s must be returned to us. Once we received and inspected the item, you can opt for either a replacement or refund.

Ecolution PH is not liable for any failure, delay, loss, and damage of the products while in transit.

Ecolution PH has the right to deny returns, exchanges or refunds if the items do not meet our policy standards.

SHIPPING OF RETURN ITEMS

You can mail the products to HQ at Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Send us a message via Facebook, Instagram or Email so we can send to you the exact return address.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs in returning your items, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product depends on the delivery location.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS

Before we ship out orders, we inspect and ensure that all products are correct and in their proper condition. However, if you receive a clearly defective or damaged product (not caused via delivery/shipping), we offer replacements for the same item. Only regular priced items may be refunded. There are no exceptions for sale purchased items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request for refund is approved or rejected. We reserve the right to fairly judge and determine if the product can be given a refund or not.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and the credited to you via GCash. Please note, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, depending on the type and condition of the returned product.
